Conference Accommodations

The WDA Global Dance Event has arranged for a conference rate with the Doubletree Hotel in Chelsea (128 West 29th Street, New York, NY)—a 10-minute walk from DTW. Event participants are NOT required to stay at this hotel. You are welcome to make your own hotel or housing arrangements. Please note that all Event participants are responsible for arranging their own hotel or housing accommodations.

The following options are available from the Doubletree Hotel in Chelsea:
Rooms housing 1-2 people = $159 per night (tax not included)
Rooms housing 3-4 people = $179 per night (tax not included)

Reservations must be made by June 11, 2010 in order to qualify for the conference rate.
